In Harlem’s competitive real estate market, response time is everything. 2504th Street Corporation was struggling to manage real estate inquiries across multiple platforms, with no central system to track or follow up efficiently. As a result, valuable leads were falling through the cracks, and opportunities to schedule discovery calls were being missed.


The goal was to build a system that could instantly engage leads, pre-qualify them, and organize their details into a single, easy-to-navigate interface. With so many inquiries coming in, they needed a way to quickly separate serious prospects from casual browsers and respond with urgency.

Our Approach


To transform their lead management system, we implemented a fully automated CRM and SMS workflow using GoHighLevel, tailored specifically for NYC real estate professionals.


Our strategy focused on speed, structure, and smart automation:


  • Designed a custom real estate sales pipeline with qualification checkpoints
