To ensure the satisfaction of both client(s) and jfp studios, we have a set of written policies to let our clients know what is expected from them and the photographer.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of JFP Studios.
Your $25 Payment for your consultation must be made in full prior to the scheduled consultation.
The consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you proceed with the photoshoot or not. Consultation fee is added to the total photos only in the event that you proceeds to book a shoot.
Consultation fee does not apply to other services outside of the context of said consultation
Should you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice.
Rescheduling within the 48-hour window may incur additional charges.
The consultation does not guarantee the availability of specific dates and times for the actual photoshoot.The client understands that the consultation primary goal is to plan and strategize for their photoshoot, not to provide photography services.
JFP Studios reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
This fee can be paid electronically via a digital link .
All studio sessions must be booked at least 7 - 14 business days ahead of time to assure studio availability!
After your invoice has been sent, you will have 2 - 3 days to confirm your appointment.
After said time with no follow up, we reserve the right to close your booking ticket with no further follow up.
Final Payments are due at the beginning of your appointment.
You may reschedule once with no charge with up to 2 days before the engagement notice with no charge.
For rescheduling requests within the 2 day window, we reserve the right to add a $50 fee to cover the cost of rescheduling your sessions
Upon the second reschedule request, you’ll be required to rebook your session.
It is the client’s responsibility to contact the team if the client is late.
The client must understand that being late impacts our ability to render the best service possible and therefore if a client is late, we can’t complete the project.
Cancellations result in you waiving your deposit.
Under special circumstances, we will make assessments based on your unique situation and make a decision based on all the information gathered.
$10 fee after every 10 minutes late.
You are allowed 2 revisions on your editing order.
Afterwards, you’ll be required to pay a nominal $20 fee per revision.
After your photo session, we store your photos on our Google Drive for 30 days.
During this time, please download your images so that you may have a copy of them.
For every archive access, we charge a $20 access fee.
After your session with us, we will notify you the day after that your photos are being processed.
Upon receiving your selections for your retouched photos, we will advise you on the estimated delivery time.
If you are concerned about where your photos are in the editing schedule, please email email@example.com
You may bring friends along with you to support you in your session. Friends make photoshoots more special.
However, they may not take any photographs with you unless they’ve paid for the service as well.
The client has to communicate to JFP Studios prior to the session if need be to have an important guess on set.
Upon booking with us, you are automatically enrolled in our customer loyalty program.
For every photoshoot that you complete with us, you will be rewarded with 20 points.
For every referral you make that books a successful shoot with us, you’ll be rewarded 10 points.
You may earn an unlimited amount of points by booking shoots and referring your friends.
You may redeem your points at any time!
1 point = $1.00
1 Photoshoot = 20 points
1 successfully booked referral = 10 points

If you have chosen to pay on installments, you agree to pay the full amount & all installments of the program level, no matter your level of participation.
You agree to have an updated & authorized credit or debit card on file until your chosen payment option is paid in full, including any accrued late fees, if applicable.
By booking JFP Studios, you authorize the payment option initiated to be charged to the card you have on fine.
I agree to the refund policy, and payment terms and conditions detailed above.
JFP Studios (JFP) agrees to grant Client a non-revocable, non-exclusive license to use any and all still and/or video images that JFP creates in Agreement, and Client shall be allowed to use such still and/or video images for any and all purposes, without JFP Studios' prior consent or approval.
JFP Studios (JFP) retains the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, in respect to the photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (hereinafter collectively known as “images”) that JFP has taken of me, with or without payment or other consideration.
JFP has the right to use and publish images taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, print, web site, display, advertising, and editorial use. Thus JFP is allowed to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images for any lawful purpose upon completing the contracted assignment.
It is hereby agreed by both parties that all copyrights and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by JFP Studios.
All sales are subject to NY Sales tax.
For an express delivery, 1-5 days, an additional fee of $100 will be added to your total
