Shoot Type: Brand Team Photoshoot

Locations: Cobble Hill, Brooklyn & Manhattan

Team Size: 8 (including CEO, principal agents, NJ team)

Deliverables: 40 final edited images

Turnaround: 6 weeks (from scout to delivery)

Visual Vibe: Trust-driven, friendly, collaborative, polished-but-approachable

Primary Uses: Email campaigns, social media, internal presentations, investor decks

The Challenge

Loftey, a leading NYC real estate firm with teams in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, needed more than just headshots.

They were looking for a cohesive, branded library of images that portrayed their team as both professional and personable. These visuals would fuel their email marketing, social media campaigns, pitch decks, and internal presentations to stakeholders and board members.

Their existing imagery lacked consistency, emotional resonance, and the kind of versatility modern marketing demands. They needed a full-scale photoshoot that was collaborative, fast, and deeply aligned with their brand voice—trust, friendliness, and approachability.

The Solution

JFP Studios was brought on to conceptualize, plan, and execute a team-wide brand photoshoot that would align Loftey's visual identity across platforms.

Key Phases:

  • April 17: Initial Photoshoot Consultation
  • April 22: On-location scouting to align visual tone with team culture.
  • April 29: Full-day shoot across selected locations including Cobble Hill.
  • April 30: Proofs delivered within 24 hours for client review.
  • May 8: Initial image selection by the client.
  • May 20: Final curated gallery of 40 images confirmed.
  • May 30: Final high-resolution edits delivered.

The Execution

JFP Studios worked closely with Loftey's internal point person, Dylan Slovinsky, to curate wardrobe styles, select meaningful locations, and guide the team through both professional and casual looks. The shoot showcased the diversity and unity of the Loftey team—including principal agents, support staff, and the CEO.

From Pinterest boards to blazer choices, every detail was premeditated to make shoot day effortless. The result? A vibrant, high-quality image gallery that tells the story of who Loftey is, where they work, and how they work together.

The Outcome

The project delivered a polished, on-brand image gallery in under six weeks from scouting to delivery. Though the images have not yet launched publicly, Loftey now has a professional visual asset library ready to deploy across:

  • Social Media Campaigns
  • Email Newsletters
  • Investor & Board Presentations
  • Agent Recruiting Materials
  • Client-Facing Sales Decks
