Agreement
These terms apply to your use of jfp.nyc, run by JFP Dreamworks LLC, doing business as JFP Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please do not try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to it, copy or scrape its content in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
Free score and resources
Our free marketing score, the Marketing System Index and other resources are for general information and education. Your results are based on the answers you give, and we provide them to help you think about your marketing. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they do not promise any specific result.
Case studies
Our case studies describe past client work. Every business is different, and your results will depend on your market, your offer and many other factors.
Booking a call
Booking or attending a call does not make you a client and does not create a contract. All client work is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
Our content
The site's content belongs to JFP Studios or is used with permission. This includes text, images, video, graphics, logos, research, frameworks and design. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit to JFP Studios. Any other use needs our written permission.
What you send us
When you send us information through a form, the assessment or email, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Other websites and tools
Some features, such as scheduling and the assessment, run on third-party platforms, and the site links to other websites. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.
No warranties
We provide the site "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free, complete or uninterrupted.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, JFP Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from your use of the site or its free resources. Where the law does not allow this limit, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.
Governing law
New York State law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Kings County, New York.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and change the effective date. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
