Who we are

JFP Studios is the business name of JFP Dreamworks LLC, based in Brooklyn, New York. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean JFP Studios. This policy explains what information we collect when you use jfp.nyc, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Newsletter sign-up: your name and email address.

Booking a call: your name, email, phone number, business name and any notes you add when you schedule time with us.

Free marketing score: your contact details and your answers to the assessment questions. The assessment runs on a third-party platform that collects this information for us.

Emails and messages: anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site. It records which pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your general location (city level), and how you arrived at the site. It does this with cookies and similar technology. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to you and run the calls you book, to send your score results and the follow-up you asked for, to send our newsletter (which you can leave at any time), and to understand which pages help visitors so we can improve the site.

We also publish research such as the Marketing System Index. Research results are combined and anonymous. We never publish your individual answers or your business name without your written permission.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and scheduling system, our assessment platform and Google Analytics. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about calls you booked and follow-up you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your data with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's law. We will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
