What Happens When $100M+ in Real Estate Experience Becomes a Media Platform?

The deals, the judgment, the relationships, Faria Ibrahim already had the expertise. We helped build a way for more people to experience it.

ON THE EDGE WITH FARIA · AN ORIGINAL MEDIA PROPERTY · 2026

01 / THE BUSINESS CONTEXT

The experience existed. The audience hadn't met it yet.

Faria Rahman Ibrahim leads Hudson Edge LLC, a commercial real estate investment and operations company.

Three assets made her expertise valuable as a media property:

  • Deal experience: more than $100 million in commercial real estate business activity, as described by the client.
  • Real decisions: transactions, financing and operating work that could become useful educational stories.
  • Relationships: a network of investors, operators and potential guests who could contribute to ongoing conversations.

The opportunity was to make that thinking accessible before a prospective partner entered a private deal conversation.

Turn expertise into a reason to keep coming back.

02 / THE CHALLENGE

A hundred million dollars in experience. No dedicated stage for the story.

The work was not to manufacture credibility. It was to give existing expertise a format, an audience and a publishing rhythm.

THE CHALLENGE IN BRIEF

  • Expertise lived largely inside deals and private conversations.
  • Potential investors needed a way to understand how Faria approaches real investments.
  • Her professional network needed a repeatable publishing and relationship-building platform.

The objective was not to invent expertise. It was to make existing knowledge accessible and repeatable.

  • Accessibility: translate complex deals into stories people could follow.
  • Trust: let future investors experience how Faria thinks before a capital conversation.
  • Momentum: create a format that could support recurring conversations and guest relationships.

03 / THE CREATIVE RESPONSE

A media platform, built around real deals.

JFP Studios positioned On The Edge with Faria as a place to learn commercial real estate from someone making investment and operating decisions firsthand.

WHAT WE DID / THREE DECISIONS

  • Position and brand the show: define investor audience, educational promise, OE identity, palette and typography.
  • Design the content formats: develop commercial real estate interviews, solo deal breakdowns and branded episode artwork.
  • Build the media platform: operate the podcast website and distribute audio and video across streaming channels.
  • Extend the relationship: publish LinkedIn editorial content and use Beehiiv to collect ongoing audience interest.

Turn deals into episodes

Develop solo breakdowns of investments in Crete, Illinois and North Carolina, including financing, leasing and operational decisions.

Produce the conversation

Research guests, prepare interviews, coordinate recordings, edit full episodes, create short clips and promotional trailers.

Give every story a distribution path

Prepare podcast channels, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletter planning and investor education materials, with a proposed biweekly episode schedule and two weekly LinkedIn posts.

THE BRAND PLATFORM / STRATEGY & IDENTITY

We built the identity and the publishing platform together.

On The Edge with Faria was designed to make sophisticated commercial real estate experience accessible without losing the precision and perspective of an active operator.

01 / Define what the show stands for

  • Brand promise: “Commercial Real Estate, Simplified,” the tagline in the brand strategy.
  • Positioning: industrial commercial real estate and investor education, grounded in Faria's firsthand decisions rather than general lifestyle real estate.
  • Audience: people looking to understand capital protection, recurring income, deal selection, and operational risk.
  • Voice: direct, specific, practical and composed, with credible numbers and examples rather than motivational slogans.

02 / Build a distinctive visual language

  • Identity: selected OE monogram and On The Edge with Faria wordmark, designed to work in horizontal, stacked and icon-only applications.
  • Palette: Rosé #C85C77, Espresso #2A2320, Blush Cream #FBF6F3, Pine #2F5249, and Stone #CDBFB6.
  • Typography: Tenor Sans for the identity and headlines, paired with Cormorant Garamond for longer editorial stories.
  • Applications: branded show covers, guest episode artwork, social posts, show notes and investor-facing communications.

03 / Create repeatable formats, not isolated episodes

  • On The Edge: long-form conversations with commercial real estate operators and industry professionals.
  • The Edge Brief: shorter solo explanations that make a particular transaction or investment decision understandable.
  • Publishing system: website, video and audio distribution, LinkedIn, and newsletter/contact capture connect each episode to an ongoing audience relationship.

Why it matters: the identity signals that these pieces belong to one platform; the editorial structure gives people a reason to return. Together they turn Faria's experience into recognizable, repeatable investor education.

03

Promotional trailers approved

Episode and guest promotion assets developed for distribution.

LIVE

Multi-channel media operation

Podcast website, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, LinkedIn publishing and Beehiiv contact capture.

One media platform. Several ways to discover it.

  • Five podcast episodes recorded around real estate deal decisions and guest perspectives.
  • Three promotional trailers approved to introduce the conversations.
  • Podcast website operated by JFP Studios as the home for the property.
  • Distribution through Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music.
  • LinkedIn publishing to extend individual conversations into professional content.
  • Beehiiv contact capture to continue the relationship after discovery.

The business implication

The podcast isn't the whole product. The platform is. Someone can encounter Faria's thinking through an episode, continue on LinkedIn, visit the website and subscribe for future communication. That creates more opportunities for familiarity than a single piece of content.

These are production and platform milestones. Audience growth and investor conversion require separate measurement.
