The Challenge
This project required more than traditional event coverage—it demanded a visual story that captured the mission of the Paramount Storyteller’s program and the powerful collaboration with FUBU and Jay Alexander.
The primary goal was to highlight Paramount’s commitment to emerging talent by documenting high-impact conversations and capturing the authentic engagement of student participants.
The challenge was to coordinate interviews, cinematic crowd coverage, and detailed storytelling moments—all in a high-profile corporate setting with limited production windows.

Our Approach
To bring this vision to life, our team developed a multi-layered production plan that balanced technical execution with narrative strategy:
- Identified all key visual touchpoints for photography and videography
- Coordinated a dedicated interview setup for speakers and students
- Built a gimbal-assisted motion rig to capture dynamic crowd movement and entryway sequences
- Ensured seamless coverage of the mixer, interviews, speaker moments, and fireside chat while staying unobtrusive and in sync with A/B cam flows
- Delivered a cinematic aesthetic that matched the “chic, fresh-faced, aspirational” creative brief from Paramount and Fairfax

Why This Matters
The FUBU x Paramount Storyteller’s Fireside Chat represented more than a corporate mixer—it was a living blueprint of what happens when legacy brands and emerging talent come together in the spirit of mentorship, equity, and vision.
Through curated videography and real-time storytelling, this event visually documented the pathway from inspiration to access.
By capturing the students’ voices, showcasing high-level speakers like Jay Alexander, and preserving the energy of the room, this project supported Paramount’s ongoing narrative of inclusion, leadership, and cultural investment.
The final deliverables will serve not just as a recap, but as a timeless piece of branded content that continues to attract, inspire, and inform future storytellers.
