This FAQ is designed to put your mind at ease and to answer any questions that you may have.

General Photoshoot Information

  • How do I book a shoot?

    You book a shoot by making an inquiry sharing with us what you'd like to do, estimated dates, and then we match you with the package that's right for you.
     

  • Where are you located?

    Brooklyn, NY

     

  • What are your rates?

    Our standard photoshoot package is $400 for our 2 hour session. Depending on what you need such as extra edited photos, a glam squad, or help creating a theme, we can upgrade your package.
     

  • Do you provide outfits?

    We don't provide outfits directly to our clients. We have partnerships with fashion stylists to provide outfits for our clients.

  • Do you play music during the shoot?

    Yes we do. We highly encourage you to carry your playlists so that you can curate the vibe you like for the session!

Photoshoot Procedures

  • How early should I reserve my slot?

    We recommend doing so as early as possible because it keeps accountable to work towards that date.
     

  • Can I bring a friend to the shoot?

    Yes you may with prior notice.
     

  • How quickly will I get my Edited Photos

    You'll receive them within a week of you choosing them.
     

  • How do I reschedule a shoot?

    We can reschedule your photoshoot as long as we have notice 5 day prior notice. If you have to reschedule within a 5 day window, we'll have to rebook the session due to our partner studio policy.
     

  • How many outfits can I carry?

    Up to 3 outfits are welcome for our standard session. On average, our clients tend to get 2 outfits done within the 2 hour time period.
     

  • How do you take payments?

    We process debit & credit cards through stripe
    We also accept: Zelle, Cash App, & Paypal
     

  • When is the final payment due?

    Final Payments are due on the day of your photoshoot.
     

  • Do you play music during the shoot?

    Yes we do. We highly encourage you to carry your playlists so that you can curate the vibe you like for the session!

​Company Terms

  • ​JFP Studios reserves the right to reschedule your photoshoot at the company's discretion.
     

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your photoshoot slot on our calendar
     

  • In the event of extraneous situations that are beyond our control such as sickness, matters of the family, or emergencies, the deposit will be credited to another booking for the duration of 2 months after the appointed date.
     

  •  All shoots include a folder with all unedited images taken at your shoot in JPEG format; you shall receive a separate folder with your retouched photos (edits). PLEASE SAVE THESE folders to your dropbox or personal computer as they will be purged from storage 3 weeks after they have been sent out.
     

  • For additional retouched (edited) photos, there is a $20/image.
     

  • Turnaround is guaranteed 1 - 2 weeks (for photoshoots). Should we fail to deliver on this 2 week turnaround, you are returned 50% of your total expenditures.
